  • Manage the overall marketing budget (media and non-media), resources, and prioritization of Arts & Interiors-specific marketing initiatives.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse with competitor activities, insights, new channels and opportunities to inspire, delight and activate our customers.

Tactically

You have a strong bias for action, planning and process. Your tactical responsibilities include:

  • Ongoing partnership, monitoring and reporting with key Business Units in order to drive growth and match demand with supply
  • Ensuring quality execution of the key marketing and Supercluster initiatives to ensure Arts & Interiors delivers against your strategy and targets.
  • Program Management of Business Unit-specific Marketing Initiatives and large Marketing Initiatives on a Catawiki-level.
  • Program Management of Marketing Partnerships related to acquisition, supply and brand.
  • Locate and execute process improvements between marketing and your Superclusters to improve collaboration, performance and effectiveness.

Who you are:

  • 7+ years Marketing experience at consumer-facing companies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record in operations and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Owner mentality and a willingness to roll up your sleeves, dive deep and get the job done in an ambiguous environment.
  • Analytical and data-driven
  • Based in the Netherlands

Pluses:

  • Tech experience is a plus.
  • Global or multi-country operating experience is a plus.

Our offices and new way of working

We’ve embraced an activity-based way of working, meaning our team can choose how they split their work week between home and the office, in line with our remote framework and guidelines. In locations where we have physical offices, most employees enjoy two days at the office to connect and collaborate with each other.

Our experts and sales staff in local markets work 100% remotely – in most cases from home. Some key positions are hired remotely, while we also offer relocation services for colleagues needing to be closer to the office.
