We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Chief People Officer and our Chief Product & Tech Officer, making sure they work at their best. You will be responsible for organizing the day to day agenda of your executives and making sure their time is utilized efficiently in this fast-paced environment. Through your support their days run smoothly and become less hectic.
You will also be responsible for organising their external participation (travel, conferences, forums) and liaise with the organisers to ensure that everything is well timed and communicated. Additionally, you will be tasked with organizing internal & external executive events. This includes Town Halls, Leadership Team Meetings and the occasional offsite. For this part of the role, it’s essential that you live nearby our HQ in Amsterdam.
The job is based in Amsterdam, NL. You will be part of the Executive Assistants Office and working from home is possible on a part time basis (80% or 90%). You will be required to be on-site on days the Management Team is in and during any events you organize.
