About the role
We are looking for an intern who is keen picking up a Performance management project. Based on our new approach, tooling needs to be updated and optimized and managers need to be trained to understand and work with the new Performance management approach we have chosen.
What you’ll bring
You are a driven and self-motivated person that has a service-minded mentality and understands customer-centricity. You enjoy contributing creative ideas and love speaking with people. You have a good attention to detail and are interested in project management and operationally implementing a new approach to performance management including tailoring our system applications to the new approach.
In addition of having good communication skills you are:
- Easy going
- In possession of a can-do attitude; your desire to work hard and be flexible
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and G Suite
- Great English communication skills
- HBO / WO student within the field of HRM / Educational Sciences / A&O Psychology (related studies are welcome)

Our offices and new way of working
We’ve embraced an activity-based way of working, meaning our team can choose how they split their work week between home and the office, in line with our remote framework and guidelines. In locations where we have physical offices, most employees enjoy two days at the office to connect and collaborate with each other.
Our experts and sales staff in local markets work 100% remotely – in most cases from home. Some key positions are hired remotely, while we also offer relocation services for colleagues needing to be closer to the office.
