About the role

As an Inside Sales Account Manager you’re focused on reaching commercial success to our high value buyers & sellers. The focus will be on getting payments in, closing deals, creating deals and to make sure that we will grow in GMV & receiving Commission. (in the future we might include activities towards sellers as well as example floor price deals and/or bringing leads to sales). In this position it is your role to liaise between Superclusters, CX and Finance. You’re committed to provide our customers an effortless and trustworthy experience. You have a strong commercial understanding and you know how important it is to close a sale/deal positively. You will need to shift your tasks in peak season, or when your team is unexpectedly understaffed.

What you’ll do

  • Grow success rate of offer to the highest bidder deals
  • Working on offline deals
  • Doing your utmost to get unpaid lots paid by closing the deal
  • Prevent cancellations by proactively reaching out to high value buyers 
  • Reduce cancellations and save GMV (based on KPI’s)
  • The best possible CSAT score (at least 80 %)
  • Coordinate and maintain a close relationship and active feedback loop with Sales, Experts, Finance and Legal
  • Work on targets and outperform in Sales in order to achieve bonuses

What you’ll bring

  • MBO4 degree or equivalent.
  • Work experience within a customer support team.
  • Strong phone skills
  • Big on working cross-functionally and cross-team collaboration
  • Excellent in communication, strong in convincing 
  • Advanced English language skills and native Spanish speaker, Portugese is a plus
  • Keen eye for commercial opportunities
  • Willing to work on weekends

Our offices and new way of working

We’ve embraced an activity-based way of working, meaning our team can choose how they split their work week between home and the office, in line with our remote framework and guidelines. In locations where we have physical offices, most employees enjoy two days at the office to connect and collaborate with each other.

Our experts and sales staff in local markets work 100% remotely – in most cases from home. Some key positions are hired remotely, while we also offer relocation services for colleagues needing to be closer to the office.
