Who we are

We offer over 75,000 special objects in auction every week — each reviewed and selected by one of Catawiki’s hundreds of in-house experts specialised in Art, Design, Jewellery, Fashion, Classic Cars, Collectables and many more.

We've sold 10 million unique items to date and it’s our mission to become the world’s most popular auction destination for special objects.

We’re an innovative, pioneering and fast-growing scale-up. If you think you can make a difference to our team, go ahead and apply.

How we work

We use our knowledge of technology to help Catawikians build the most popular destination for special objects across the globe. Provide staff with the IT tools, education, advice and support needed to realise Catawiki company goals.

What you’ll do

As our IT Support Specialist, you will support your Catawiki colleagues (Catawikians!) by classifying and resolving their IT support tickets through chat, email and phone. When you reach the limits of your knowledge, you work with your colleagues to see the problem through to resolution.

What do the problems include? You are the first point of call for issues with laptops, mobile phones and account access, as well as the wider technology infrastructure including video conferencing tools, printers, WiFi, and software licensing. You’ll be updating the IT knowledge base with your learnings.

We are a fast-growing company and you will play a critical role in providing hardware and accounts to new employees, as well as arranging hardware replacements and returns. When a person leaves Catawiki you securely offboard their accounts and hardware.

You will work 5 days a week and are flexible to starting or finishing outside of usual office hours to support our SE Asia colleagues.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Helpdesk support for issues such as password resets, MFA, and access problems related to our fleet of SaaS tools (Including Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, JAMF)
  • Working with our Senior IT Team members to resolve more complex ad hoc issues, identifying areas for improvement, and escalating problems as necessary.
  • Shipping and receiving hardware to Catawikians; onboarding, offboarding, refresh, and repair.
  • Remote troubleshooting applications, access, and hardware problems.
  • Liaising with hardware providers to order new technology equipment and software licenses internationally, and keeping the asset inventory updated.
