At Catawiki, we’re conscious of how the customer experience is a cumulation of the entire journey – from initial brand perception to selling, buying, payment, shipping, service and support. The challenge of continually optimising these steps for millions of users across the globe makes our daily work exciting and highly impactful.
Our UX Designers and copywriters are embedded in Product teams that focus on the key elements of our value proposition, such as ‘delightful discovery’, ‘curation by in-house experts’, or ‘smooth and easy shipping’, to name a few. Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers and Data Scientists, we comfortably take ownership of the big design challenges that Catawiki faces.
Using the Double Diamond design approach, we connect the needs of our users to innovative business solutions and technology, to deliver validated, viable designs for a flawless user experience.

To solve our interesting challenges, we’ve gathered a world class team – quite literally. Our researchers, designers and writers come from five different continents.
