Our interview style
We're looking to hire people, not resumes
That's why, in line with our values, we've chosen to embrace "structured hiring". This means that each interviewer assesses specific competencies at each stage, helping us to be objective and remove bias. Your recruiter will let you know in advance which competencies will be evaluated at each stage so that you can be well prepared.
Our interviews are a two-way conversation
We’re genuinely excited to learn about what drives you, where your passions lie, and how your unique background connects to the role you’re applying for. This exchange is one of the best ways for us to bond and understand why you want to be part of Catawiki.
