We're an ambitious team, on a mission to become the most popular destination for special objects across the globe – starting with Europe.
Whether it’s a rare comic book, a dinosaur egg or a vintage designer bag – our passions make each of us unique.
From renowned Classical Art Experts to the brightest Software Engineers and visionary Marketeers, we are a team of over 750 Catawikians, committed to bringing the offline world of special objects online and making it more accessible to many.
We’re committed to creating an environment where everyone feels they belong. We work together to create an open culture where everyone is acknowledged, supported and encouraged to reach their potential.
Our teams work from everywhere
We are a team of over 50 nationalities distributed across the world.
Our environment of trust and flexibility empowers Catawikians to do their best work wherever they are – either from our Amsterdam headquarters, their home office or remotely through one of our legal entities in 10 countries, including Germany, Italy, Spain, France and Belgium.
Our offices and new way of working
Catawiki is embracing an activity-based way of working, meaning employees are empowered to choose how they split their work week between the office and home. Most team members based in countries with Catawiki offices will collaborate from the office two days a week, and work remotely for the rest.
Our experts and sales staff in our local markets work 100% remotely – in most cases from their home offices. We also hire several other key positions remotely. We offer relocation services for new colleagues who need to work office-based.
