Jacob, CRM specialist

Jacob started as a marketing intern at Catawiki over a decade ago. He’s played a critical role in our CRM team and went from serving 5,000 users in the early days, to almost 10 million weekly users now.


Kiran, Customer Experience Specialist

Kiran first joined Catawiki as a CX Specialist for the Italian market. She’s done a brilliant job and is now a knowledgeable senior member of the team. With great energy, enthusiasm and passion for our customers and colleagues, she manages every case with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. She also loves helping new colleagues get started.


Taletta, Senior Expert Gemstones

Taletta played a critical role in setting up the Gemstone department of Catawiki, using her knowledge, passion and persistence. Currently, she and her team are introducing a new strategy for Gemstones, leaning heavier into Special Cuts, Optical Illusions and Exclusive Gemstones.
