専門知識を活かし、各オークションの関連性、公平性、魅力を最大化し、透明性と信頼性の高いマーケットプレイスの構築に貢献いただきます。また、価値あるアイテムの選定、適正な期待値の設定、および厳格な品質基準の維持を通じて、出品者・入札者双方の獲得と満足度向上に不可欠な役割を果たしていただきます。

業務内容

出品されたアイテムを評価・選定し、入札者の関心を引くオークションをキュレーション
専門知識を活かし、明確で魅力的かつ正確なロット情報を作成
タイトル、説明文、画像を確認し、品質および情報の充実度を担保
公正で根拠のある推定価格を提示し、透明性の高い取引を支援
出品却下時には、丁寧かつプロフェッショナルな対応で良好なユーザー体験を維持
営業チームと連携し、新規セラーの獲得および出品アイテムの拡充を推進
マーケティングチームと連携し、オークションの認知向上およびエンゲージメント強化を支援

応募資格

MOTU、My Little Pony、グレンダイザー（Goldrake）、Playmobil、Funko などアイコニックトイに関する深い専門知識
高いビジネス感覚と、価値や人気を見極める力
関連分野における実務経験
優れたコミュニケーション能力（読み書き・口頭）
デジタルツールや出品管理に関する基本的なPCスキル
業界内の出品者やエキスパートとのネットワーク
トラブル対応において、冷静かつ柔軟に対応できる能力
英語でのコミュニケーション能力

勤務地

本ポジションはフルリモート勤務（100%在宅）です。イタリア、フランス、ドイツ、またはオランダを拠点に勤務いただきます。

Our Offices and Way of Working

Our vibrant offices in Amsterdam, Paris and Lisbon are designed to inspire collaboration. Most Catawikians operate in a hybrid setup, combining office-based and remote work, with a minimum of two days per week in the office, unless a role is explicitly stated as fully remote or fully office-based.
