日本を拠点とするポケモンおよびトレーディングカードのエキスパートとして、質の高いオークションのキュレーションと、日本市場のトレンドと欧州コレクター需要の接続を通じて、Catawikiにおける日本のトレーディングカード供給の拡大を担っていただきます。

優れたキュレーション、セラーのオンボーディング、データに基づくインサイトを通じて日本と欧州をつなぎ、日本のトレーディングカードにおける信頼できるプラットフォームとしてのCatawikiのポジション確立に貢献していただきます。

業務内容

真贋、状態、グレーディング、市場需要に基づき出品ロットの評価および承認を行う
ポケモン、MTG、ワンピース、ドラゴンボール、遊戯王など主要な日本のTCGを中心とした週次オークションのキュレーション
希少性、プロモカード、限定リリースなど、日本市場の初期トレンドを特定し、魅力的なオークションコンテンツへと転換
日本のセラーのオンボーディングおよびサポート（出品方法、価格設定、グレーディング基準、発送基準、トラブル防止の指導）
限定セット、先行リリース、グレーディング済カードなどの供給機会を特定し、品質基準を維持しながら迅速に対応
日本市場の動向を分析し、欧州市場の需要に結びつけることで、商業的価値の高いアクションへと落とし込む
オークションのパフォーマンスや購買行動を分析し、キュレーションの最適化および成長機会の特定

応募資格

ポケモン、Magic: The Gathering、ワンピース、ドラゴンボール、遊戯王など、日本のトレーディングカードに関する深い専門知識
レアリティ（希少性）、グレーディング、未開封商品、市場動向に関する高い理解
オンラインおよび対面でのトレーディングカードの売買経験
日本国内におけるカードショップ、ディーラー、卸業者、ディストリビューター、グレーディング関連コミュニティとのネットワーク
欧州のトレーディングカード市場およびクロスマーケットの理解
日本語および英語に堪能で、セラーに対して明確かつ丁寧に説明・サポートできる能力
データやデジタルツールを活用し、価格設定、キュレーション、パフォーマンス改善を推進できる能力

Our Offices and Way of Working

Our vibrant offices in Amsterdam, Paris and Lisbon are designed to inspire collaboration. Most Catawikians operate in a hybrid setup, combining office-based and remote work, with a minimum of two days per week in the office, unless a role is explicitly stated as fully remote or fully office-based.
