At Catawiki, every day brings the extraordinary! Whether it’s Daniel Ricciardo’s Formula 1 Car, a Woolly Mammoth’s Skeleton, Lady Gaga's Jumpsuit or Usain Bolt’s running shoe, we encounter exceptional objects every day.
We’re a one-of-a-kind marketplace for buying and selling special objects. Each week, more than 110,000 unique items are auctioned, all carefully curated by our passionate in-house experts.
Having sold over 25 million unique objects, our mission is to become the world’s most popular destination for special objects. As a growing, diverse and sustainable scale-up, we proudly live by three core values. If these values resonate with you, we’d love to explore how you can join us.
As an Automobilia Expert at Catawiki, with a specialty in car parts, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and arranging the lots submitted by our users. Using your in-depth knowledge and broad network within the Automobilia field, you will be responsible for curating and creating compelling lot listings weekly, making them highly appealing to our vast audience of collectors.
Catawiki aims to uphold a high standard of transparency and fairness in user transactions, and your expertise is critical in achieving this. With a keen eye for detail, you will review lot titles, descriptions, and images, providing users with reliable estimated values and professional advice. If an item doesn’t meet our standards, you’ll communicate this professionally and courteously.
We’re looking for a well-rounded Automobilia generalist with a passion for car parts in particular based in the Netherlands or Germany who can work effectively under pressure. You will represent Catawiki’s commercial interests, strategically contributing to growing our platform while building relationships with sellers and buyers. Your role will require remote collaboration within our team, demanding strong communication and stakeholder management skills to keep all parties aligned and informed.
As an integral part of our Automobilia department, you’ll preferably be based in the Netherlands or Germany, with a flexible work-from-home arrangement that allows you to connect with a global team.
Our vibrant offices in Amsterdam, Paris and Lisbon are designed to inspire collaboration. Most Catawikians operate in a hybrid setup, combining office-based and remote work, with a minimum of two days per week in the office, unless a role is explicitly stated as fully remote or fully office-based.
Apply with an English CV and Cover Letter. By applying, you agree to Catawiki’s Applicant Privacy Policy. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

We’re continually incorporating hybrid elements, while employees choose how they split their work between the office and home.

We strive to be an employer where your impact is meaningful, visible and rewarded.
