  • Support with data gathering and reporting for HR metrics where needed.

What you’ll bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an international, customer-facing or high-paced environment.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders across levels and locations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to balance empathy with sound judgement.
  • Resilience and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, with strong communication across multiple stakeholders and the ability to navigate dual lines of direction.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices across the employee lifecycle.
  • A hands-on, pragmatic mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Working knowledge of Portuguese labor law is strongly preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have
