About the role

As an HR Business Partner Intern, you’ll work closely with the HRBPs to support both day-to-day business partnering and future-focused initiatives, including AI-driven HR projects.

What you’ll do

As part of the HR Business Partner team, you will support a variety of topics, including:

AI & HR projects

Supporting the HRBPs in exploring and implementing AI use cases in HR
Helping with research, testing tools, and translating insights into practical applications

Business & people initiatives

Assisting in company-wide or department-wide HR initiatives (e.g. performance cycles, engagement, ways of working, org changes)
Supporting the preparation of presentations, analyses, and people insights

Operational & analytical support

Helping with data analysis and reporting to support decision-making
Supporting follow-ups on actions with managers and teams

Ad-hoc HRBP support

Shadowing HR Business Partners in their day-to-day work
Getting exposure to real business conversations and challenges

This internship offers a hands-on learning experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment.

What you’ll bring

You are a student (Bachelor or Master), preferably in:

HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Data, or a related field

You are enrolled at an educational institution in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship
You are fluent in English (spoken and written)
You are curious about how people, business, and technology intersect
You are comfortable working with data, AI, and the Google Workspace
You are proactive, structured, and not afraid to ask questions
You are eager to learn and happy to support where needed
