About Catawiki Interiors

Catawiki Interiors is one of Catawiki’s four core business units, alongside Luxury, Collectibles, and Art. We are a passionate team of 45+ professionals working every day to bring the excitement of auctions to interior lovers and collectors across Europe, whether it’s a Tiffany lamp or an iconic Eames chair.

The Interiors business unit is built around three core categories: Design & Vintage, Home Decor, and Classic Interiors.

About the Team

The Interiors Sales Team at Catawiki is a fast-paced, impact-driven group powering the success of Europe’s most passionate sellers.

At the core of our model is a strong duo: the Key Business Developer and the Account Manager, working together to drive category growth across Home Decor, Classic Interiors, and Design & Vintage.

Business Developers are growth enablers: sourcing new sellers and objects, onboarding these, and activating current high-potential sellers. Once engaged, Account Managers take over to optimize performance and nurture long-term success. Together, they operate with a “business within the business” mindset, co-owning growth targets and shaping strategy.

We take full responsibility for our seller performance, shaping strategies, spotting growth opportunities, and executing with precision. Market knowledge, sales acumen, and creative thinking are our tools.

Collaboration is at the core of our culture: we share, challenge, and celebrate as one team.

Our mission : make Catawiki the leading destination for passionate buyers and sellers of exceptional interior pieces.

The Catawiki Interiors Sales Team is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Key Business Developer to expand our Home Decor seller base across Europe. You’ll focus on acquiring high-quality supply, such as tableware, rugs, silverware, garden furniture, and more, by identifying and activating top sellers and brands.

As the first point of contact for new prospects, you’ll lead them through a smooth onboarding experience and ensure they’re set up for success. Working closely with the Account Manager, who oversees the strategic portfolio, you’ll form a strong commercial duo to scale the category.

  • Onboarding Excellence: Guide sellers through a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring they’re well-positioned to succeed from day one.
  • Portfolio Handover: Ramp up high-potential sellers and transition them to the Account Manager for ongoing growth and support.
  • Category Understanding: Collaborate with in-house experts to build knowledge of Home Decor subcategories (e.g. tableware, rugs, silverware, garden furniture).
  • Commercial Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Manager to align on category needs and build joint seller growth plans.
  • Seller Network Expansion: Contribute to a healthy, scalable pipeline that strengthens the category’s overall seller base.
