We offer over 75,000 special objects in auction every week — each reviewed and selected by one of Catawiki’s hundreds of in-house experts specialised in Art, Design, Jewellery, Fashion, Classic Cars, Collectables and many more.

What you will do?
As our Learning & Development Intern, you will support the L&D team with various projects that deliver opportunities for Catawikians to grow personally and professionally. We are part of the HR team and our learning programmes impact all Catawikians and ensure that we meet our Employee Value Proposition for people Growth. We would be happy to welcome you to our team starting February 2024.
Tasks and projects will include:
- Onboarding new Employees - yes, you will welcome and support new employees in their first week at Catawiki
- Designing interactive online learning journeys with key stakeholders - a great opportunity to learn about a new content builder tool and demonstrate your instructional design skills
- Support with L&D administrative tasks such as reporting, following up with surveys, analysing feedback and course registrations as well as design the L&D newsletter
- 1 project that is applicable to your studies and is related to learning and development and growth
Who you are:
- You are enrolled in a degree course in HR, Training or Instructional Design
- You are enrolled in a Dutch university though the duration of the internship
- You are conscientious and organized
- You are a creative mind, with an interest in AI, Metaverse and Digital learning
- Passionate, customer-centric with an ownership mindset

Our offices and way of working
We have sensational offices in Amsterdam, Groningen, Paris and our newest office in Lisbon. Most of our employees are within commutable distance of one of our office locations and enjoy a hybrid work model. This means we expect you to be in the office 2 out of 5 days, roughly 40% of your working time, to collaborate and connect with each other. The exception is of course, if the job description specifically states that the role is 100% remote, as some experts and sales positions are.
