When a broken bidding flow slowed down our release pipeline with heavy manual QA bottlenecks, our engineering team did what they do best: they built a better system. By adopting a modern testing pyramid, we shifted from "fear-driven" releases to "confidence-driven" releases and created a win-win situation for our customers, our business, and our engineers.
